Delivery Rates & Times
Our delivery rates are based on the items you order within the Kizclub website and where you are located in the country – this will be calculated for you at the checkout.
Delivery cost is applied to a single transaction only, another additional delivery cost is required for multiple orders.
"Free Delivery on purchase over $100 NZD" is applied to a single transaction only. Furniture are not included. Free delivery cannot apply to additional orders.
All items are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your payment. We use Toll couriers for New Zealand deliveries and these will usually be delivered within 1-3 working days depending on your location.
Your order can be tracked to your door, please contact us if your order has not been received within 3 working days.
Delivery to PO Boxes
Currently, we do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please ensure you enter a physical address for delivery.
You may choose multiple items from our site, to get the best rate of freight, Please contact us.
International Delivery Rates
We're based in New Zealand but we can deliver all around the world. Please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org to place an international order and we can let you know the price of freight on the order.
Returned goods are accompanied by the receipt.
The goods returned within 21 days of receipt.
Merchandise must be new (never been used) and in its original carton with all the packing materials, manuals and registration cards. We will not accept dirty, washed or used products.
All furniture items will incur a 30% restocking fee unless otherwise stated on actual product page.
The above does not apply to clearance goods, which are not returnable.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES EXCLUSIONS:
We are unable to refund or exchange:
- Sale item(s)
- Clearance item(s) *include Lucky Bag.
- Any packaged item that has been opened including, but not limited to, any cosmetics item
- Shoes without boxes
- Any item of clothing or footwear that has been worn
- Any item of clothing that has had its tags removed
- Any underwear, swimwear or lingerie item
- Custom made or altered fashion
- Customer orders for product outside our standard range
- Bedding accessories including pillows, duvet inners, mattress toppers, duvet covers, sheets, and pillowcases.
- Any Gift Card or Voucher
All refunds & exchanges are subject to the final approval of our quality control division.
Return Shipping Costs
Kizclub does not assume return shipping costs. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
If a package is refused, there will be a $10.00 refusal fee plus our actual shipping costs which include the freight to and from the customer.
